What is your role within HEHD? Describe a typical day at work.
My role within HEHD is to handle the daily business transactions for the Office of Distance Education. These would include in part: processing vouchers and invoices; preparing the off-campus enrollment reports at the end of each term; coordinating the salary and stipends for faculty teaching off-campus courses; handling any accounting related issues for the Clemson University offices at UCG; and, preparing and maintaining monthly and yearly reconciliations and budgets for ODE.

What do you like best about your job?
The one thing I love most about my job is the people I work with in Edwards Hall and Tillman. They are a super group of people!

What's the most interesting thing that has ever happened to you at work?
I know this sounds cliché but every day has something interesting about it. Whether it’s completing special projects or catching up with work colleagues or networking with others across campus, all these make for an interesting day.

Tell us about your family.
I have one son, Garrett. He’s 15 and has started his freshman year at Walhalla High School. He’s all into the FFA and plans on trying out for the wrestling team this winter. I also have two of the sweetest dogs. They are both small mixed dogs. Rico is a two year old Chihuahua mix and Munchkin is a 5 year old terrier mix.
