The landscape installation at "Holly Hill", the Pendleton Homes' Southern Living Custom Home, was a cooperative effort with Clemson University's Horitculture 400 Class and Karl Muzi.  Ms. Tommi Hurst represented Pendleton Homes.
Karl provide the landscape design and expert supervision, while Professor Mary Haque's
Horitculture 400 class provided the labor and eager minds.
