Questions about modifying Horticulture pages
- Q: How do I get the side bar links and banner on my page?
A: Follow these instructions.
- Q:What if I have my own banner but I still want the links?
A: Follow the same instructions, but use
headerNoBanner.php
- Q:I need to add a link to the side bar list for the site. How do I do it?
A: Follow these instructions
to edit menus.php.
- Q:I want to change the color of the site links (when I put my mouse over them). How do I do it?
A: Follow these instructions
to edit styles.css.
- Q:I want to change what images are rotated on the header for the site. How do I do it?
A: Follow these instructions
to edit header.php.
- Q:I see my pages on the web, but they're not where I put them initially. Where did they go?
A: Files have been moved around to improve organization. If you see the web on the check, check the address
at the top, and locate your file that way.
- Q:I can't find my files at all. Where are they?
A: Files that did not appear to be in use have been moved to the "WWW/old/" folder. If your file is
still used on the web, you can move it back. If not, download it to your account.
- Q:My files are gone, and they're not in "WWW/old/". What do I do?
A: You can have DCIT restore your file.
- Q:Something is seriously wrong with the website, and no one knows how to fix it. What do I do?
