Projects for the TigerPool program are assigned exclusively
through the Office of Human Resources. Students are not to contact
departments directly regarding employment for a project. Failure
to adhere to these guidelines will result in elimination from
the TigerPool.
Students scheduled for an interview through the TigerPool Program must arrive on time and stay as long as necessary to complete the interview. If a student is unable to arrive on time due to an unforeseen emergency or if the student is unable to stay the length of time necessary to complete the interview, the Office of Human Resources must be contacted at least one hour prior to the interview. Failure to arrive or complete the interview as scheduled without prior notification will result in elimination from the TigerPool Program.
It is improper to request assignment to a TigerPool project;
accept an assignment; and resign prior to completion
of the project. Such conduct reflects poorly on the
TigerPool program
and damages the credibility of students who properly
allocate their time amongst various priorities.
Please evaluate your availability before requesting and accepting
an assignment. Students submitting resignations, based on non-emergencies,
will be not considered for future assignments. The determination
as to emergency/non-emergency circumstances is the sole discretion
of the Office of Human Resources.
In the event of an emergency, students should contact the
Office of Human Resources before resigning assignment to a
project. |
