There has been a change in the percentage rate for Annual (Vacation) Leave for our 37.5 hours per week employees. It only affects employees with 11 years of service and employees with 20 years of service.

The chart below lists the old and new percentage rates for years of service.

The changes were due to the new computer system and how leave was calculated by the computer based on a 40-hour workweek. The estimated loss for the entire year is four minutes. Contact your department if you have any questions.
