International Affairs
Exchange Programs & Int'l Agreements

Clemson University has memoranda of understanding (MOUs), exchange agreements and other types of international agreements with partners throughout the world. In collaboration with departments, colleges and other university offices, OIA facilitates these agreements and is responsible for the approval, oversight and coordination of such agreements.

Memoranda Of Understanding (MOUs)

A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is a collaborative agreement between two entities, in our case between Clemson University and another entity such as another university, a non-governmental organization (NGO) or a private sector organization. MOUs provide the framework for cooperation on specific tasks or issues, such as student exchange, faculty exchange, or research collaboration.
