This certification course uses material from the Educational Foundation of the National Restaurant Association (NRA) and is taught by Clemson University faculty who are certified as instructor trainers by the NRA.  Guest speakers and lab activities are incorporated into the course.  Class size is limited to 35 participants.  Class hours are 9:00 am -  5:00 pm.

 

Cost:  $150.  Covers course book, training materials, thermometer, Leader’s Guide for teaching the Employee’s Course, and breaks.  When your registration is received, you will be sent the coursebook, detailed agenda, and directions to the training site.
