Express Parties 

The items listed in this section are designed to be an alternative to full-service catering.
Service staff is not included, and all items are placed on disposable trays and containers.
Delivery service is available for our customary fee.
 
Boxed Lunches*
These include a canned soft drink, a piece of fruit, chips and your choice of a large gourmet cookie or brownie. Sandwiches are garnished with lettuce and tomato, and served on your choice of kaiser roll, sub roll, white, wheat, rye, pumpernickel or sourdough bread. Appropriate condiments are packed separately.

May include Cheddar, Provolone, Swiss, Jalapeño, Gouda, Havarti or Muenster served with assorted crackers.

Fresh Vegetable Crudités
Carrot and celery sticks, broccoli and cauliflower fleurettes, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes and summer and/or winter squash with ranch dip.

  • Medium (four pounds), serves 25-30 
  • Large (six pounds), serves 40-50 
Fresh Fruit Tray*
Typically includes cantaloupe, honeydew, pineapple, strawberries and grapes served with Amaretto dip.

Italian Antipasto
Genoa salami, Cappicola, Swiss and Provolone cheese, artichoke bottoms, giardiniera, roasted red peppers, jalapeño peppers, black olives and cherry tomatoes. Served on a bed of lettuce, sprinkled with Parmesan cheese and Italian dressing. Accompanied by Italian breadsticks.

Meat and Cheese Tray
Sliced turkey breast, baked ham, roast beef, Swiss and American cheese. Accompanied by lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, mayonnaise and mustard. Choice of white and wheat bread or dinner rolls.
