CLEMSON — Tyler Goff of Inman has been elected to the Clemson University Undergraduate Student Senate as a representative of the College of Agriculture, Forestry and Life Sciences for the 2011-2012 school year. Goff is a senior majoring in biological sciences.
The Undergraduate Student Senate is made up of 64 students who represent all academic areas and the university's five colleges. Senators draft and vote on amendments, bills and resolutions that impact all areas of student life at Clemson. Senate committees focus on different areas of the Clemson experience, ranging from academic affairs to health and human services.
The Senate works closely with Clemson administrators, faculty, staff and students to accomplish their goals each year.
