Aiken's Rachelle Korinko honored at Clemson University

CLEMSON — Rachelle Korinko, daughter of Paul and Terri Korinko of Aiken, has received the Matt Locke Faculty Award for Excellence at Clemson University.

Korinko is a political science major.

The Matt Locke Faculty Award for Excellence is presented annually to a graduating senior whose accomplishments merit special recognition in the opinions of the political science faculty. Recipients show exemplary leadership, public spiritedness and boundless enthusiasm for the field. The award is named in memory of Matt Locke, who was a graduate in political science and student body president in 1985-1986.
