CLEMSON, S.C. — Clemson University students will showcase their latest advances in automotive engineering at the 2012 International Consumer Electronics Show.
Students and faculty will demonstrate the Deep Orange 2 Digital Cockpit, a reconfigurable vehicle dashboard designed and engineered by automotive engineering students in collaboration with the Clemson University School of Computing Jan. 10-13 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. The demonstrations will be in the Central Plaza, Visteon Tent (CP20).

As part of the graduate automotive engineering program at the Clemson University International Center for Automotive Research, students are required to develop, manufacture and integrate innovations in a new vehicle prototype each year. The vehicles are developed with a new market focus and technical objectives. The projects showcase advanced technologies and provide students an opportunity to work directly with automotive industry partners to innovate and develop ideas.
