HARTSVILLE — Learn how to create beautiful and functional landscapes during the 2012 Pee Dee Backyard Landscape Series hosted by the Florence/Darlington Stormwater Consortium and Kalmia Gardens of Coker College.
Classes will be held on three Saturday mornings in February, May and June between 10 and noon at the Joslin Education Center at Kalmia Gardens, 1520 W. Carolina Ave. in Hartsville.
The series is free, but registration is required. Space is limited to 25 people.

Based on the principles of the Carolina Yards and Neighborhoods program, the series is designed to assist homeowners achieve their desired landscapes while saving time and money and protecting South Carolina’s natural resources.
The Florence/Darlington Stormwater Consortium is a regional collaboration involving Clemson University’s Carolina Clear program in partnership with communities and educators from universities, state agencies and nonprofits.
