CLEMSON — The Clemson University Photography Club is teaming up with CLEMSONLiVE to host the second Miss Photogenic Fashion Show from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday, March 12 in Tillman Hall.

The show will feature clothing provided by local retailers Rent the Runway, Two Sisters Boutique and Carolina WaterSports. Clemson students will model the clothing provided by the show’s sponsors in four rounds of casual wear, school spirit, swimwear and formalwear. The show will include performances by TIGEROAR, the Clemson Gospel Choir and Tiger Strut and a light show by WSBF 88.1 FM and Tiger Paw Productions. All attendees are also entered for the chance to win one of three giveaway baskets.

Now in its second year, the event raises money for the Clemson Photography Club. Though the first year of the show was successful with more than 300 people attending, major improvements have been made this year with new sponsorships and the addition of performances from outside groups.

“It will be unlike any show you have ever seen,” said Clemson Photography Club president Cody Whitelock.

The Clemson Photography Club is a student organization of professional and amateur photographers who take photos of everything from campus events to portraits and modeling. The 25 active members meets once a month to discuss and learn about photography.

Doors open at 6:30. Tickets in advance are $5 for students and $8 for the public and can be purchased on the library bridge. Tickets at the door are $7 for students and $10 for the public. All proceeds go to the Clemson Photography Club.
