CLEMSON — Girls may catch Clemson fever May 18-20 during the 14th annual Bring Your Daughter to Clemson Weekend hosted by the Clemson Women’s Alumni Council.
Girls ages 6 to 18 are invited and must be accompanied by an adult — a parent, an aunt or uncle, grandparent or friend. The event is open to anyone interested in bringing a girl to learn more about Clemson.
The cost for attendance is $90 per person for Saturday and Sunday activities and Saturday night lodging. Friday night stays are available for an additional $40. Registration is available through the Women’s Alumni Council website.
The weekend includes tours of Fort Hill, athletic facilities, the planetarium and the Brooks Center for the Performing Arts, as well as several activities including Fike aerobics classes, a Woodland Cemetery tour, cosmic bowling and a run down “The Hill” at Memorial Stadium. For a full schedule of activities, visit http://cualumni.clemson.edu/document.doc?id=1113.
The Clemson Women’s Alumni Council was founded in 1990 as a constituency group of the Clemson Alumni Association. For more information and to register, visit http://cualumni.clemson.edu/bydtc. Space is limited and registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
