Since a life-changing automobile accident in high school left her confined to a wheelchair, Dr. Alexander has made her passion for automobile safety her life's work. As a motivational speaker to groups of all ages and through her work with elementary school students in a nationally recognized internet-based safety education program, to organizing the classroom and research components of Richard Petty Driving School curricula, she is touching the lives of current and potential drivers and raising their awareness of safety issues and specific automotive safety measures that can save lives.
