Clemson is getting a second helping of 'Tater Salad'

Comedian Ron White to perform at Littlejohn Coliseum March 9

CLEMSON – Comedian Ron “Tater Salad” White of Blue Collar Comedy Tour fame will perform at Clemson University’s Littlejohn Coliseum Sunday, March 9, 2008.

Ron White Tickets for the show go on sale Saturday, Dec. 1, at the Littlejohn Coliseum box office, at TicketMaster outlets and online at www.ticketmaster.com. Ticket prices range from $35 to $40.

White first performed at Littlejohn in 2004 to a sellout crowd of more than 5,000 people. Since his first visit to Clemson, White has been nominated for two Grammys, released the CD “You Can’t Fix Stupid” and published a best-selling book “I Had the Right to Remain Silent … But I Didn’t Have the Ability.”  

White rose to fame through the Blue Collar Comedy Tour, in which he performed with fellow comedians Jeff Foxworthy, Bill Engvall and Larry the Cable Guy in more than 90 cities from 2000 to 2003.
