Clemson to confer more than 2,000 degrees in two ceremonies
CLEMSON — More than 2,000 candidates for graduation will don caps and gowns Friday, May 9, for commencement exercises in Littlejohn Coliseum at Clemson University.
The first ceremony begins at 9:30 a.m. and will feature the presentation of an honorary Doctor of Humane Letters degree to South Carolina Rep. Daniel T. Cooper. The three colleges to confer degrees in the morning ceremony are the College of Agriculture, Forestry and Life Sciences; the College of Architecture, Arts and Humanities; and the College of Engineering and Science.
The second ceremony begins at 2:30 p.m. for the College of Business and Behavioral Science and the College of Health, Education and Human Development.
