Anderson County Shooting Sports Fun Day set for April 26

ANDERSON – Anderson County 4-H is hosting a Shooting Sports Fun Day from 8 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Saturday, April 26, at the Belton Gun Club, 153 Range Road. The cost is $10.

Certified 4-H instructors will teach about archery, BB guns, air rifles, rimfire rifles, shotguns and wildlife education. They will emphasize safety, sportsmanship and marksmanship. All young people ages 8-18 are welcome.

The event is sponsored by Anderson County 4-H and Belton Gun Club.

Pre-registration and pre-payment is required. To register, contact the Clemson extension office in Anderson County at (864) 226-1581, ext. 0, or mail the participant’s name, address, age and telephone number with check to Anderson County 4-H extension office, 313 S. Towers St., Anderson, SC 29624.
