Featured Artist for July and August: Quilt Exhibitions by Suzanne Edwards de Vargas
Suzanne Edwards de Vargas, a native of South Carolina, is a Presbyterian College graduate with a degree in biology and minors in Spanish and pipe organ. As a Peace Corps volunteer, she went to Bolivia to work in environmental areas and national parks. She trained local guides for a fern forest, taught elementary environmental education and planned a reforestation project.
