The Furman Co., Development LLC, Pazdan-Smith Group Architects and The Harper Corp. have been awarded LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Gold Core and Shell Certification by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) for the Collaboration 3 building at the Clemson University International Center for Automotive Research (CU-ICAR) in Greenville.

Clemson University Tuesday announced a multi-year collaboration with AT&T at the Greenville-based Clemson University International Center for Automotive Research. CU-ICAR announces partnership with INTEC
The Clemson University International Center for Automotive Research Friday announced INTEC U.S. Inc., a German software company headquartered in Munich, has selected the CU-ICAR campus as headquarters for its first U.S. presence. A technology leader in software for the automotive industry, INTEC will provide multi-body and real-time simulation software to CU-ICAR graduate students and professors.
