AT&T Auditorium

The AT&T Auditorium in the Carroll A. Campbell Graduate Engineering Center is designed to showcase the automobile.

Like all buildings on the CU-ICAR campus, the Carroll A. Campbell Jr. Graduate Engineering Center (CGEC), which houses the AT&T Auditorium, follows the U.S. Green Building Council’s design and construction specifications under the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Building Rating System. LEED protocols encourage sustainable building and development practices. As a result, the AT&T Auditorium features:

  • Carpet, paint, wood and adhesives that contain low-volatile organic compounds to improve indoor air quality
  • Natural light to reduce energy consumption and make the space more comfortable
  • Mechanical room-darkening shade system to blocks light when necessary
