Allyson coordinates and schedules the Clemson Online Certification (CONCERT) courses and other faculty development sessions.  She also provides face-to-face group training on Canvas.  Please contact her if you would like to schedule a faculty development session for your department or group.  

Allyson Davis has over 15 years’ experience in online education in higher education settings.  Former roles include Director of e-Learning, Library Director, and adjunct faculty.  She has significant experience in providing professional development for faculty, online course development, online course review, student retention initiatives, and library services for online learners.

Her teaching experience includes teaching online for three years as full-time faculty as well as teaching hybrid courses as adjunct faculty.

Allyson earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of West Georgia, a Master of Library and Information Studies from the University of North Carolina, Greensboro, and a Graduate Certificate in Higher Education Leadership from the University of South Carolina, Columbia.  She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Learning Sciences at Clemson University.
