Why am I getting browser errors in Cascade?

Not all of the many features in Cascade work well with every Web browser. 

Here are a few reminders specific to browsers when using Cascade:

1. Cascade performs best with:
  • Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher on Windows
  • Netscape 7.1, Mozilla 1.3+ or Firefox 1.0+ on Mac OS X, Windows and Linux (Download Firefox)
  • Safari 2/Safari 3 on Mac OS X (Safari 2 has limited functionality in the WYSIWYG editor, Safari 3 functions well)
  • a display system capable of 1024 X 768 resolution
2. Turn off pop-up blocker
  • Inserting links, photos, tables and other features in the WYSIWYG editor requires a new window to pop up. If your pop-up blocker is enabled, you may or may not get an error message. It could be the case that you never even see the new window pop up.
