Customer Relations & Learning Technologies (CRLT)

Cascade Managers

Each division on campus has a designated manager to assist peers with Cascade troubleshooting. This individual has been trained and is your first level of assistance for this system. If this person cannot resolve your problem or need, he/she will direct the question to the Office of Web Services. The professionals there will then take on the issue as necessary.

Campus Technical Support Persons (TSP)

Each department on campus has a designated volunteer to assist peers with computer troubleshooting. This Technical Support Person (TSP) has been trained and approved by Clemson Computing and Information Technology (CCIT). If this person cannot resolve your problem or need, he/she will direct you to an appropriate person for further support.

The SEO Analysis Tool helps you analyze and measure the ranking potential of your Web pages. It analyzes the meta tags of your pages and mimics the spider technology of search engines.

• Lynda.com: Subscriptions to the library can be purchased or individual DVD titles can be ordered. This is a great training source, with excellent titles on Dreamweaver.
• Usability.gov: Step-by-step usability guide.
• UITest.com: Validators, checkers, generators and tools for Web developers.
• Useit.com: Jack Nielsen's site provides information on architecture, human factors, user interface issues and usable design specific to the World Wide Web.
