Phonebook results are updated nightly from the CU Student and Employee Data Warehouses.

Each successful search displays STATUS, NAME, USERID, EMAIL, and PHONE (local for students, office for faculty/staff),
for each Clemson person returned in the result.
  • To view additional details about a person, you must login to the Clemson Network at least once from the same browser and machine.
  • A cookie is then deposited on your computer. The cookie will allow you to access detailed records for 90 days before you are required to authenticate again.
  • Users who access this web in a lab that is refreshed every 24 hours will not be able to use this feature and will be required to login for detailed information each session

    If your phonebook record needs to be updated
    Student Record
    To restrict your student information, please select My Record from the phonebook menu.
    To update a your official student record, login to TigerWeb, then SISweb, and use the Update My Address function.
    You may login directly from the phonebook by selecting My Record and following the instructions at the top of the page.    		  
    Employee Record
    		 
    To restrict your employee information, please select My Record from the phonebook menu.
    If you need to update your employee record, please use the Office of Human Resources SecuredPersonal Data Update
    form to request that your personnel record be updated in the PeopleSoft employee system (CUBS).
