To get total cost
- Multiply quantity of copies being made times number of originals to get total number of impressions. Go to the impression chart and get cost per impression. Multiply total impressions by cost of impressions to get printing cost. (If 11 x 17, double cost)
- Add cost of paper, which is determined by number of sheets used in job (1 sided and front/back) times cost of paper according to computer cost
- Add all finishing cost to get total.
