Welcome Prospective Students

One measure of a university is the intellectual caliber of its student body. Clemson’s quality academic programs, its strong sense of community and its graduates’ successful track record are some of the reasons the University attracts top high school graduates and transfer and graduate students. Since 1889, Clemson University has built a proud heritage of attracting intelligent, competitive students and helping each one reach his or her full potential.

Come discover what the Clemson Experience is all about. Study with professors who take the time to get to know you. Learn through hands-on participation and teamwork. Cheer for the Tigers at a football game. Connect with the community through service-learning. Challenge yourself intellectually. If you want more out of your college experience than lectures and papers, you’ll find it at Clemson.

A note on decision letters. Be aware that while all undergraduate decision letters are mailed at the same time, their arrival in mailboxes across the country will vary. Please allow until Feb. 25 for your letter to arrive before you contact the Office of Admissions. Also note that Monday, Feb. 18, is a federal holiday, which means no mail delivery.
