*All official documents (except those for your current term) must be postmarked by December 15. Note: Transfer students who wish to apply for Maymester, Summer Session I or Summer Session II should submit their application at least two weeks before classes begin.
Ready to fill out an application?
There are several benefits to applying online. You’ll create an account so you can complete your application over multiple sessions before submitting. Log in to make corrections, pay the application fee and check to see when your application has been received by Clemson.
After you submit your application, you will be mailed a confirmation postcard, followed shortly by a course catalog. If you have questions about the application process, you may contact the Office of Admissions at (864) 656-2287. Please note that admission decisions will not be given over the phone.
Interviews
Interviews are not required for admission, but you can learn more about the Clemson experience by visiting with a member of the admissions staff. Although appointments are not required, you can call the office at (864) 656-2287 to schedule one if you wish
Transfer Applicants
Transfer application files are reviewed on a rolling basis as they become complete.* You can expect notification of your admission status within four to eight weeks after we receive all forms and credentials requested. In most cases, admission decisions will be made after a year of college course work is completed. Depending on the quality and amount of course work you have taken, we will make a decisions when we review your application
