DATE: 12/31/98 EDITOR: Bill Baker, (864) 656-3875 Local Extension Agent Elected To National Office BERKELEY -- Frank FitzSimons, Clemson Extension agent headquartered in Berkeley County, has been elected Secretary of the National Association of County Agricultural Agents. FitzSimons was elected at the association's 83rd annual professional improvement conference held in San Antonio, Tex. In July. He has previously served as national chairman and as Southern Region vice chairman of the NACAA Public Relations Committee. He has also served as president and vice president of the South Carolina Association of County Agricultural Agents. The National Association of County Agricultural Agents is an organization which promotes a nationwide effort to facilitate excellence in Extension programming through high standards of professional performance.
