Clemson Extension Professionals Honored

     COLUMBIA - Fourteen Extension professionals were honored at
the annual meeting of the Alpha Phi Chapter of Epsilon Sigma Phi
(ESP), the National Honorary Extension Fraternity.
     Deborah Thomason of Family and Youth Development won the
State Mid-Career Service Award. Barbara Baughman of Newberry
County won the State Friend of Extension Award. Ruby Craven of
Extension Home Economics won the State Retiree Service Award. 
     Nancy Porter (Chair), Joyce Christenbury, Janet Ensor, Rosa
Ransom, Leigh Walker, Russell Washington and Kathy Wright of
Money 2000 won the State Team Award.
     Johnnie Hunnicutt of the S.C. Association of Cooperative
Extension Secretaries, Rosa Ransom of the S.C. Association of
Family & Consumer Sciences, Mickey Hall of the S.C. Association
of 4-H Agents, Harold Hupp of the S.C. Extension Specialists
Association, and retired acting Extension Director Dan Ezell won 
ESP State Professionalism awards.
