Monday, April 12 -- Libby Hoyle, Clemson University packaging science professor and Kristen Welch, Clemson Extension agent, discuss picnic safety. Lisa Wagner, education director for the S.C. Botanical Garden and Wendy Farnum, of the Heritage Corridor, look at pond vegetation in the S.C. Botanical Garden. Tuesday, April 13 -- Cary Burriss, with the Clemson University Horticulture Department, and Bob Polomski, Clemson University urban horticulturist, show us how to grow Amaryllis. David Bradshaw, Clemson University horticulture professor, prunes a clump of over grown Nandinas. Wednesday, April 14 -- Candace Cummings, Clemson University urban wildlife specialist, shows McPhail how to remove a skunk from under the house. McPhail and Bennett show us a Clemson publication on gardening that can be ordered. Thursday, April 15 -- Bradshaw gives us advice as to how to renovate a landscape. Hoyle and her guest, Amy Nichols of Main Event Catering, show us how to make Asian cold slaw. Friday, April 16 -- Bradshaw looks at some beautiful yellow iris. Welch and Hoyle make a chicken citrus salad. At Home, Southern Style can also be seen on The Carolina Channel.
