Ann Lee McPhail and Jeff Bennett of the Clemson University Communications Center host the program each week, Monday through Friday, from 6:30 to 6:45 a.m. Viewers may ask questions about a subject that was featured on the program by e-mail at athome-L@clemson.edu, by phone at (864) 656-3204 or at the shows website http://AtHome.clemson.edu/. The questions will be answered on selected Friday programs. Monday, April 26 -- David Bradshaw, Clemson University horticulture professor, visits Holy Trinity Episcopal Church to discuss perennials in the sun. Marilyn Peters, Clemson University Extension agent, shows how to clean a fish. Tuesday, April 27 -- Bob Polomski, Clemson University urban horticulturist, visits John Elsley, a local horticulturist in Greenwood, and discusses shade gardens. Beth Smith, Clemson University Extension agent, shows how to make a salad tree. Wednesday, April 28 -- Bob Polomski, Clemson University urban horticulturist, and Jim Faust, Clemson University professor of floriculture, discuss containers. Kathryn Cason, Clemson University food science and human nutrition professor, and her daughter Melissa Cason, continue with Kids in the Kitchen, talking about snacks for picky eaters. Thursday, April 29 -- Libby Hoyle, Clemson University packaging science professor, and Dotty Ryan, Clemson University Extension agent, talk about food pyramid personalities. Friday, April 30 -- Beth Kunkle and Candace Cummings answer viewers questions. At Home, Southern Style can also be seen on The Carolina Channel. It is also scheduled to run on RFDTV, which airs on Direct TV on channel 379 and the Dish Network on channel 9409. END
