At Home, Southern Style TV
schedule for week of Feb. 16
  
     CLEMSON -- "At Home, Southern Style," a Clemson University TV
program, will air on the South Carolina Educational Television Network
for the week of Feb. 16. Ann Lee McPhail and Jeff Bennett of the
Clemson University Communications Center host the program each week,
Monday through Friday, from 6:30 to 6:45 a.m.
     Viewers may ask questions about a subject that was featured on the
program by e-mail at athome-L@clemson.edu, by phone at (864) 656-3204
or at the shows website http://AtHome.clemson.edu/. The questions will
be answered on selected Friday programs.
     Monday, Feb. 16 -- Lisa Wagner, education director for the S.C.
Botanical Garden, and McPhail talk about hydrangeas and camellias.
     Alyson Gibson, Clemson University horticulture student, talks
about flower fairies.
     Tuesday, Feb. 17 -- Beth Kunkle, Clemson University food science
and human nutrition professor, talks glycemic indexes.
     Clemson University student Joshua Amos talks about floating flower
arrangements.
     Wednesday, Feb. 18 -- Kathy Wright, Clemson University Extension
agent, and McPhail, discuss clutter control.
     Meg Wadford, Clemson University horticulture student, shows how to
make a pineapple centerpiece.
     Beth Smith, Clemson University horticulture student, shows how to
make a salad tree.
     Thursday, Feb. 19 -- Beth Kunkle, Clemson University food science
and human nutrition professor, talks about Type II Diabetes.
     Parky Dodge, Clemson Master Gardener, talks about orchids.
     Friday, Feb. 20 -- Kathy Wright, Clemson University Extension
agent, talks about a bottom line budget.
     Hosts McPhail and Bennett make Bananas Foster.
     At Home, Southern Style can also be seen on The Carolina Channel
and RFDTV. RFDTV airs on Direct TV on channel 379 and the Dish Network
on channel 9409.
