Clemson Extension Associate Beth Kunkle offers ideas on how to choose the best produce at a farmer's market. Wednesday, Jan. 21 -- Clemson Extension Associate Elizabeth Hill contrasts marinades and rubs in the kitchen. Family Resource Management Specialist Nancy Porter discusses planning for security in later life. Thursday, Jan. 22 -- McPhail talks with Clemson Urban Wildlife Specialist Candace Cummings about urban wildlife habitat. Clemson Horticulturist Bob Polomski discusses junior master gardening with Anderson County Science Instructor Larry Kowalski. Friday, Jan. 23 -- Clemson Communication's videographer Glen Spake talks with a cutting horse expert, Ken Smith. McPhail discovers how Clemson Extension Agent Toni Pipkins donates her time to help young teens with the 4-H congress program.
