Ann Lee McPhail and Jeff Bennett of the Clemson University Communications Center host the program each week, Monday through Friday, from 6:30 to 6:45 a.m. Viewers may ask questions about a subject that was featured on the program by e-mail at athome-L@clemson.edu, by phone at (864) 656-3204 or at the shows website http://AtHome.clemson.edu/. The questions will be answered on selected Friday programs. Monday, March 22 -- Clemson Extension Horticulturist Bob Polomski is in the S.C. Botanical Garden in the Xeroscaping area explaining how this concept works. Cheryl Brown, former horticulture student, shows us how to create a table arrangement. Tuesday, March 23 -- Candace Cummings, Clemson Extension urban wildlife specialist, and Host Ann Lee McPhail, look at beaver damage in the S.C. Botanical Garden. Beth Kunkel, Clemson University food science professor, explains the "numbers" in a blood test. Wednesday March 24 -- Cummings and McPhail continue their look in the S.C. Botanical Garden looking at beaver damage and the KOI pond. Then, Elizabeth Tolly, Clemson University graduate, shows us how to arrange tulips by using a grid. Hosts McPhail and Bennett show their favorite Clemson University bulletins. Thursday March 25 -- Beth Kunkel tell us the advantages of tea in our diet. Amanda Nichols gives us a great idea for using a "natural vase" when arranging flowers. Friday March 26 -- McPhail and Bennett answer mail. The first request is for a repeat of the bread machine demo with Libby Hoyle and the second is for David Bradshaw's favorite variety of okra. At Home, Southern Style can also be seen on The Carolina Channel. It is also scheduled to run on RFDTV, which airs on Direct TV on channel 379 and the Dish Network on channel 9409. END
