At Home, Southern Style TV
schedule for week of Mar. 8
  
      CLEMSON -- "At Home, Southern Style," a Clemson University TV
program, will air on the South Carolina Educational Television Network
for the week of Mar. 8. Ann Lee McPhail and Jeff Bennett of the
Clemson University Communications Center host the program each week,
Monday through Friday, from 6:30 to 6:45 a.m.
      Viewers may ask questions about a subject that was featured on
the program by e-mail at athome-L@clemson.edu, by phone at (864)
656-3204 or at the shows website http://AtHome.clemson.edu/. The
questions will be answered on selected Friday programs.
     Monday, Mar. 8 -- David Bradshaw, Clemson University horticulture
professor, talks with Mike Watkins, with the S.C. Foundation Seed
Association, about the organization.
     Tuesday, Mar. 9 -- David Bradshaw, Clemson University horticulture
professor, talks with Mike Watkins, with the S.C. Foundation Seed
Association, about thrash seed and pads.
     Wednesday, Mar. 10 -- Beth Kunkle, Clemson University food science
and human nutrition professor, discusses trans-fatty acids.
     Anne Marie Martin, member of Clemson University Horticulture
Department, and McPhail talk about Hawaiian Bread.
     Thursday, Mar. 11 -- Katie Costner, former Clemson University
student, talks about healthy snacks.
      John McLeod, Clemson University horticulture student, talks about
how to make dish gardens.
      Friday, Mar. 12 -- David Bradshaw, Clemson University
horticulture professor, answers viewers' questions.
      Heather Scott, Clemson University horticulture student, shows how
to make balloon magnolias.
      At Home, Southern Style can also be seen on The Carolina Channel.
It is also scheduled to run on RFDTV, which airs on Direct TV on
channel 379 and the Dish Network on channel 9409.
