Ann Lee McPhail and Jeff Bennett of the Clemson University Communications Center host the program each week, Monday through Friday, from 6:30 to 6:45 a.m. Viewers may ask questions about a subject that was featured on the program by e-mail at athome-L@clemson.edu, by phone at (864) 656-3204 or at the shows website at http://AtHome.clemson.edu/. The questions will be answered on selected Friday programs. Monday, Oct. 4 -- David Bradshaw, Clemson University horticulture professor gives an overview of his garden. Libby Hoyle, Clemson University packaging science professor, and Dotty Ryan, registered dietician, discusses three-a-day dairy examples. Clemson University student Shannon Cooke shows how to dry flowers. Tuesday, Oct. 5 -- Beth Kunkel, Clemson University food science and human nutrition professor, discusses school breakfast at West End Elementary. Kathy Wright, Clemson Extension agent, and McPhail discuss money traps that keep us broke. Wednesday, Oct. 6 – Nancy Porter, family and youth development chair, and McPhail discuss long term health care. David Bradshaw, Clemson University horticulture professor, talks about flowers in the garden. Thursday, Oct. 7 -- Elizabeth Hill, Clemson Extension agent, displays a fake potato salad made with rutabagas. Bobby Mottern, curator of plants at Brookgreen Gardens, with Bennett explores the children’s garden. Friday, Oct. 8 -- David Bradshaw, Clemson University horticulture professor, exhibits some snap beans in the Heirloom Garden in the South Carolina Botanical Garden.
