First Friday Nature Walk -- Feb. 6 Meet at the Red Caboose for an informative walk with naturalist and Clemson University Professor David Bradshaw. Wear comfortable shoes and appropriate dress. Starts at 9 a.m. Adventures in Gardening: Anything Grows -- Feb. 7 Join South Carolina Botanical Garden Education Director Lisa Wagner at this daylong symposium. This program is sponsored by the Greater Greenville Master Gardeners. The program will cover a variety of gardening subjects from industry experts including Andy and Sally Wasowski, authors of the best-selling Native Texas Plants: Landscaping Region by Region. Flow Yoga: a series with Renee Gahan - Ongoing Flow Yoga is a course ideal for beginner/intermediate and experienced yoga students. The class focus is on vinyasa or 'flow yoga' in addition to the ashtanga primary series of poses designed to increase strength and flexibility. Breathing techniques will also be practiced to reduce stress, induce relaxation and clarity of mind. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat to practice on.
