The Arts --  New novels.  Sandy Woodward speaks with two Upstate writers: Mindy Friddle , author of The Garden Angel, and Mark Powell , author of Prodigals.

The Arts -- Books for Halloween.  Michelle Martin , specialist in children’s and young adult literature in the Clemson University English Department, shares a selection of Halloween books with one of children’s literature students Sally Coker.

Chef’s Table --  Seafood Stew .  Libby Hoyle, Clemson Extension food and nutrition specialist in the Clemson University Department of Packaging Sciences, visits with Executive Chef Jaques Larson of Union Hall, located on N. Market Street in Charleston .
