Ann Lee McPhail and Jeff Bennett of the Clemson University Communications Center host the program each week, Monday through Friday, from 6:30 to 6:45 a.m. Viewers may ask questions about a subject that was featured on the program by e-mail at athome-L@clemson.edu, by phone at (864) 656-3204 or at the shows website at: http://AtHome.clemson.edu/. Monday, April 18 --- Lisa Wagner, S.C. Botanical Garden education director, and Wendy Farnum, Garden volunteer, visit the Hosta Garden and discuss how to successfully grow Hostas. Then Elizabeth Hill, Clemson Extension agent in Greenville, makes Cheddar/Walnut Tea Sandwiches. Tuesday, April 19 --Kelly Gillespie, Clemson University student majoring is communications, interviews Carol Miller, Redfern Health Center, about medication for persons with ADD. Then Libby Hoyle, Clemson Extension packaging science and food safety expert, and Amy Nichols, Main Event Catering, make Asian cole slaw. Wednesday, April 20--Joey Williamson, Home and Garden Information Center horticulture expert, and Ann Lee McPhail take a close look at Heleboris. Then Elizabeth Hill, Clemson Extension agent from Greenville, gives us some great recipes for marinades and rubs. Thursday, April 21--As part of the "Women at Clemson for 50 Years" celebration, Mandy Ticknor, Clemson University communications major, talks with Beth Kunkel, Clemson University food science and human nutrition professor, about how to eat out and still stay on a healthy diet. Friday, April 22 --Answering a request from a viewer, we re-run Breakfat Bars with Melissa Cason and Sergio Montenegro, Penn. State nutritionist. If you are planning a summer trip, Jeff Bennett has a suggestion. He is at Brookgreen Gardens in the Muse section. At Home Southern Style can also be seen on The Carolina Channel and RFDTV.
