Monday, Aug.15 Clemson Extension Agent Rhonda Matthews shows how to make Reta Toui, an Italian dish that tastes really good. Then George Kessler, Clemson University Forestry Department, explains how to determine a protection zone for your trees. This is very important for people building homes in wooded areas. Tuesday, Aug 16 Elizabeth Hill, Clemson Extension agent, makes carrots, onions and zucchini. Then Clemson Extension Horticulturist David Bradshaw explains how and when to prune Butterfly Bushes. Wednesday, Aug. 17 - Clemson Extension Agent Sue Hovey uses whole grains to make delicious bread called Ken Wa. Next Beth Kunkel, Clemson University food science and human nutrition professor, talks about preserving food. Thursday, Aug. 18 Weeds can sometimes look very good. C.P Chihaz, Clemson Extension agent, talks about them. Then Clemson Extension Agent John Oxner discusses important crops that grow in South Carolina from the S. C. State Fair in Columbia . Friday, Aug. 19 We love it when our students produce television shows. Clemson University communications major Randy Wright has this report about Plantar Fasciitis, a painful foot problem. Next Clemson Extension Agents James Hodge and Mary Van Ellenburg show a fantastic fence garden. Then, especially for hot summer days, Clemson Extension Agent Rhonda Matthews makes super tea.
