Ann Lee McPhail and Jeff Bennett of the Clemson University Communications Center host the program each week, Monday through Friday, from 6:30 to 6:45 a.m. Viewers may ask questions about a subject that was featured on the program by e-mail at athome-L@clemson.edu, by phone at (864) 656-3204 or at the shows website at http://AtHome.clemson.edu/. The questions will be answered on selected Friday programs. Monday, Dec. 12 – Beth Kunkel, Clemson University food science and human nutrition professor, discusses gift ideas for Christmas. Lynn Finley, Anderson gardener, and Ann Lee McPhail talk about shade gardens. Tuesday, Dec. 13 – David Bradshaw, Clemson University horticulture professor, tells how to harvest peanuts. Heather Scott, a Clemson University student, shows how to make balloon magnolias. Wednesday, Dec. 14 -- Beth Kunkel, Clemson University food science and human nutrition professor, and Libby Hoyle, Clemson Extension food and nutrition specialist, discuss supermarket shockers. Carrie Meetze, a Clemson University agriculture education student from Lexington , demonstrates how to make leaf cards. Thursday, Dec. 15 -- Elizabeth Hill, Clemson Extension agent , shows us how to make a chunky applesauce in the microwave. Stephanie Kerr, a Clemson University student, demonstrates how to make wreaths for Christmas. Friday, Dec. 16 – Libby Hoyle, Clemson Extension food and nutrition specialist, and Jeff Bennett, are cooking a turkey. At Home, Southern Style can also be seen on The South Carolina Channel. END
