Ann Lee McPhail and Jeff Bennett of the Clemson University Communications Center host the program each week, Monday through Friday, from 6:30 to 6:45 a.m. Viewers may ask questions about a subject that was featured on the program by e-mail at athome-L@clemson.edu, by phone at (864) 656-3204 or at the shows website at: http://AtHome.clemson.edu/. The questions will be answered on selected Friday programs. Monday, Jan. 24 – Clemson Extension Food and Nutrition Specialist Libby Hoyle, and Dotty Ryan, American Dairy Association, give pointers for eating well at work. Tuesday, Jan. 25 – Clemson Extension Horticulturist Bob Polomski and Mattie Sue Busby, owner of Busby Nursery and Garden Center , walk through a greenhouse at her nursery in Anderson . Beth Kunkel, professor in the Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition, talks about white foods that can be good for us. Wednesday, Jan. 26 – Clemson Extension Horticulturist David Bradshaw discusses the Fatsia Japonica and gives some planting tips. Beth Kunkel, professor in the Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition, discusses high blood pressure or hypertension and talks about ways to control it. Thursday, Jan. 27 -- Just in time for cold weather, Clemson Extension Agent Elizabeth Hill gives a recipe for pressure cooker spaghetti sauce and Hosts Jeff Bennett and Ann Lee McPhail show a great cook book. Friday, Jan. 28 – Clemson Extension Urban Wildlife Specialist Candace Cummings shows her favorite things to attract birds. Clemson Extension Food and Nutrition Specialist Libby Hoyle talks about snack foods. The popular spicy pumpkin bread segment with Heather Batts will be re-run by special request.
