Ann Lee McPhail and Jeff Bennett of the Clemson University Communications Center host the program each week, Monday through Friday, from 6:30 to 6:45 a.m. Viewers may ask questions about a subject that was featured on the program by e-mail at athome-L@clemson.edu, by phone at (864) 656-3204 or at the shows website at: http://AtHome.clemson.edu/. Monday, May 23 --- David Bradshaw, Clemson Extension nationally known horticulturist, shows bluebird houses and takes a look at mulch in the Heirloom Garden which is part of the S.C. Botanical Garden. Then Clemson Extension Food and Nutrition Specialist Libby Hoyle and Dottie Ryan, Southeast Dairy Association, displays some good snacks for the baseball game. Tuesday, May 24 --Yoga can be great exercise. Kelly Gillespie and Jimmy Lee Griffin, both Clemson University students, discuss basics about Yoga. Then Beth Kunkel , Clemson University food and nutrition professor, talks about diet and active children. Wednesday, May 25 – Host Ann Lee McPhail and Chuck Burgess, Home and Garden Information Center, look at ferns in the Hosta Garden. Then Bob Polomski and Rekha Morrie, both of the Clemson University Horticulture Department, show how to propagate Begonias. Thursday, May 26 -- Looking for a great place for your children to go this summer? Pam Bryant, Clemson University Youth Learning Institute, talks with Host Ann Lee McPhail about educational activities that go on at this center. Then David Bradshaw, Clemson Extension horticulturist, displays snake plants and talks about their cultivation. Friday, May 27 -- Get out your pencil and paper because Clemson Extension Agent Elizabeth Hill is making Chicken with Herbs. Then Clemson Extension Agent Carolyn Harris tells how to get rid of mold and mildew. At Home, Southern Style can also be seen on the Carolina Channel. The schedule for the week of May 23 is: Chuck Burgess, horticulturists with the Home and Garden Information Center, and Ann Lee McPhail look a ferns in the Hosta Garden.
