Monday, Oct. 10 Clemson Extension Agent Kristen Welch discusses a great idea for tailgating...Cream Cheese Roll Ups. They are easy to make and delicious. Then Clemson Extension Horticulturist David Bradshaw shows Japanese Persimmon and explains how easy it is to grow. Tuesday, Oct. 11- Bob Polomski, Clemson Extension urban horticulturist, and Bill Head, co-owner Head -Lee Nursery, show the new colors in Crape Myrtles. Then Beth Kunkel, Clemson University food science and human nutrition professor, discusses Grapefruit Juice..."is it safe to drink it when you take your medicine?" Wednesday, Oct 12 - Mother-daughter team, Katherine and Melissa Cason, make Watermelon Salsa. Katherine Cason is with Clemson University’s Food and Human Nutrition Department. Then Clemson University Food Science and Human Nutrition Professor Beth Kunkel discusses Fish and Mercury. Thursday, Oct. 13 Joey Williamson, Clemson University Home and Garden Information Center, talks with Host Jeff Bennett about brown patch. Then Clemson Extension Food and Nutrition Specialist Libby Hoyle and Clemson Extension Agent Sue Hovey show how to make whole grain bread. Friday, Oct. 14 Clemson Extension Agent Elizabeth Hill makes grilled cheese and vegetables. Then Clemson University Food Science and Human Nutrition Professor Katherine Cason and her daughter Melissa Cason make Pumpkin Bread. At Home, Southern Style can also be seen on the South Carolina Channel.
