S.C. Entomological Society schedules annual meeting

CHARLESTON – The South Carolina Entomological Society has scheduled its 51st annual meeting to be held Oct. 13-14 at Clemson University’s USDA Vegetable Laboratory at the Coastal Research and Education Center in Charleston.

The symposium is entitled “Insects and National Security Issues.” The Society invites anyone who has an interest in entomology to attend.

The cost is $50 for non-students and $20 for students if paid by Sept. 12. The cost is $60 for non-students and $25 for students if paid after Sept. 12. Non-students may pay $30 for one day and students may pay $25 for one day. Credit cards are not accepted. Make checks payable to S.C. Entomological Society or SCES and mail to SCES, 1525 Cambridge Lakes Drive, Mt. Pleasant, S.C. 29464.
