CLEMSON -- The following "Your Day" radio programs from Clemson University Radio Productions are scheduled to air on the South Carolina Educational Radio Network for the week of Feb. 7.  MONDAY, FEB. 7 -- Patriotism, Politics, and Protest. Bob Becker, director of the Strom Thurmond Institute on Government and Public Affairs at Clemson University , and Adam Warber of the Clemson University Political Science Department, talk with Charles O. Jones of the Brookings Institute, one of the guest speakers at an upcoming event of the Clemson University Presidential Colloquium . The George W. Bush Presidency: Patriotism Displayed, Politics Confirmed, and Protests Pending takes place at 7 p.m. Feb. 9 in the Self Auditorium of the Strom Thurmond Institute. It is open to the public free of charge.

A European View of American Politics and Religion. Gary Melton, director of the Institute on Family and Neighborhood Life, talks with Trygve Wyller, associate dean of theology at the University of Oslo .

Books Without Words. Clemson University English Professor Michelle Martin, a specialist in children’s and adolescent literature, shares her favorite wordless picture books with her friend, fellow reader Karen Crowell.

Libby Hoyle, Clemson Extension food and nutrition specialist in the Clemson University Department of Packaging Sciences, visits with registered dietician Dottie Ryan of the Southeast United Dairy Industry Association (SUDIA), about a recent consensus report from the National Medical Association of African American physicians.
