CLEMSON -- The following "Your Day" radio programs from Clemson University Radio Productions are scheduled to air on the South Carolina Educational Radio Network for the week of Jan. 31. MONDAY, JAN. 31 -- A Secular State in North Africa . Bob Becker, director of the Strom Thurmond Institute on Government and Public Affairs at Clemson University , talks with Jim Miller of the Clemson University Geography Department, director of the American Overseas Research Center in Tunisia .

Building Dreams: A Mentoring Program for Children of Prisoners. Mark Small and Robin Kimbrough-Melton of the Institute on Family and Neighborhood Life speak with Barbara Brown, Sumter County Extension agent, about a program to provide children who have an incarcerated parent with caring, responsible, and committed positive adult role models.

Pianist Wendy Chen. Glenn Hare talks to this outstanding young artist who performs with violinist Chee Yun as part of “Charles Wadsworth and Friends” at Clemson University ’s Brooks Center for the Performing Arts on Feb. 3. The concert is presented by the Utsey Chamber Series Endowment.

Off the Wall and Onto the Stage: Dancing the Art of Jonathan Green . Glenn Hare talks with William Starrett, artistic director of the Columbia City Ballet, about the world premiere of this ballet at the Koger Center in Columbia on Feb. 4 and 5.
