Authors Pat Jobe and Meg Barnhouse of Radio Free Bubba talk with Hub City executive director Betsy Teter, about the tenth anniversary celebration of the Hub City Writers Project, to be held May 13 and 14 at the Historic Harris Teeter Theatre located at 1200 East Main Street in Spartanburg . In ten years, the Hub City Writers Project has published more than 150 writers, published 23 books and received state and regional awards for its work. In 2002, Hub City received South Carolina ’s highest honor in the arts, the Elizabeth O’Neill Governor’s Award.
