CLEMSON -- The following "Your Day" radio programs from Clemson University Radio Productions are scheduled to air on South Carolina ETV Radio for the week of Nov. 14. MONDAY, NOVEMBER 14

The question of Intelligent Design. Dr. Bob Becker, director of the Strom Thurmond Institute on Government and Public Affairs at Clemson University , talks with Dr. Jerry Waldvogel of Clemson’s Department of Genetics and Biochemistry.

Surviving a natural disaster. Dr. Gary Melton, director of the Institute on Family and Neighborhood Life at Clemson University , discusses the mental health impact of surviving natural disasters with Dr. Daniel Dodgens, Emergency Management Coordinator with SAMHSA, the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration in the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

The first year experience in marching band. Glenn Hare talks with freshmen members of the University of South Carolina Marching Band and the Clemson University Tiger Band about their first year experience and the anticipation of the USC-Clemson game, which takes place Saturday, Nov. 19 in Columbia .

Promoting the athletic programs of two state universities . Bob Schuster talks with Steve Fink, the new Media Relations Director for the University of South Carolina Athletic Department and Tim Bourret, Sports Information Director for Clemson University .

TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 15

Workforce Housing on Hilton Head Island . Donna London of the Jim Self Center on the Future, talks with Patrick Sullivan, senior planner in the Hilton Head, SC, Planning Department.

Chocolate in Charleston . Clemson Extension Food and Nutrition Specialist Libby Hoyle learns about walking culinary tours of Charleston planned for the upcoming holidays, including the new Chocolate Seductions tour. She talks with Amanda Dew Manning of Carolina Food Pros and with Pastry Chef Vinzenz Aschbacher of the Charleston Grill.
